The bright 1-room apartment, measuring 35 m², is located on the 2nd floor in a sunny south-facing position. Recently renovated, it features a living/dining room with a double bed (180 × 200 cm), satellite TV, and radio. The kitchenette is equipped with an oven and an electric coffee machine; capsules for the Nespresso machine are available at an additional cost. The bathroom includes a WC, and the apartment is heated with an oil heating system. From the south-facing balcony, you can enjoy stunning views of the lake, surrounding mountains, and the village. Complimentary Wi-Fi is available. This is a non-smoking property, and a maximum of one pet or dog is allowed.
