Casa Soleggiata is a bright and comfortable 2-room apartment (60 m²) on the second floor, facing west. It features a spacious living and dining area with a sofa bed (160x200 cm), satellite TV, and radio. The separate bedroom offers a double bed (200x200 cm) for restful nights.
The open kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, ceramic hob, kettle, and Nespresso coffee machine (capsules available at an extra charge). The apartment includes a bathroom with shower and toilet, as well as two balconies offering a limited but charming lake view. One pet/dog is welcome.
